Ingredients to make Secret Sensation

  • Biscuit crumbs 2 cups
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Nutella 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Eno 1 tsp
  • Whipped cream 100 gms
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  • Watermelon pieces cut in heart shaped with a cookie cutter

How to make Secret Sensation

  1. For the cake: Mix together biscuit crumbs, powdered sugar, vanilla essence, nutella and milk. Make a batter. Add milk if required.
  2. Keep cooker on high flame for 5 minutes. Remove gasket and whistle. Keep a stand in the cooker. Grease an aluminium tin.
  3. Add cake batter mix to the aluminium tin.
  4. Place the tin in the cooker. Place the lid and cook on a medium flame for 20 minutes. Check with toothpick when done. Once done remove from cooker and allow to cool.
  5. Mix whipped cream and icing sugar for frosting.
  6. Once cake is cooled slice it in 2 halves. Apply a layer of nutella on the base cake followed by whipped cream. Then place the second layer of cake.
  7. Again apply nutella layer followed by whipped cream. Garnish with watermelon hearts.
