ABOUT Pomegranate, carrot raita RECIPE

A yummy raita made with fruits and vegetables, to be served with some pulao.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Thick Yogurt– 1 cup
  2. Onion-1 (cut into sliced)
  3. Grated carrot-1
  4. Pomegranate-2 tblspn
  5. green chilli-2 chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Sugar – 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  9. Parsley – 1 tblspn finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Take curd, salt, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add in onion, chilli and coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Finally add carrot and pomegranate and serve along with biryani, chappathi or any dish.
