Ingredients to make Corn peanut patties

  • Roasted peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Sweet corn kernels 1/2 cup
  • ginger paste 1 tesp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • salt 3/4 tesp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp

How to make Corn peanut patties

  1. GRIND 1/4 CUP ROASTED PEANUTS COARSELY.
  2. GRIND 1/4 CUP ROASTED PEANUTS COARSELY.
  3. KEEP ASIDE.
  4. GRIND TOGETHER 1/2 CUP SWEET CORN, 1 TESP GINGER PASTE AND 3 GREEN CHILIES TO A FINE PASTE.
  5. GRIND TO A FINE PASTE.
  6. IN A MIXING BOWL TAKE CORN PASTE, PEANUT POWDER, 1 TBSP RICE FLOUR, 2 TBSP GRAMFLOUR.
  7. 1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION, 2 TBSP GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES.
  8. 3/4 TESP SALT, 1/2 TESP BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
  9. MIX WELL.
  10. GREASE YOUR PALM, PINCH PORTION OF MIXTURE AND SHAPE INTO A KEBAB.
  11. SHAPE WHOLE MIXTURE.
  12. HEAT SOME OIL IN A PAN TO SHALLOW FRY AND PLACE SHAPED KEBABS IN HOT OIL.
  13. FLIP AFTER A MINUTE AND THEN COOK ON LOW HEAT.
  14. COOK GOLDEN ON BOTH SIDES ON LOW.
  15. REMOVE ONTO A ABSORBENT PAPER.
