Ingredients to make Andhra Special Love Sunnundallu

  • urad dal - 2 cups
  • sugar - 1 ½ cups
  • rice - 2 tea spoons
  • ghee - as required
  • Cardamom powder - 2 tea spoons
  • cashew nuts - 14 to garnish

How to make Andhra Special Love Sunnundallu

  1. Dry roast urad dal in a pan till they turn to slightly golden in colour .Then add rice to the same pan, fry till they are golden in color
  2. Next, blend it to a fine powder, later even blend sugar in the same blender separately and keep aside.
  3. In a bowl, add all the ingredients urad dal powder, sugar powder, cardamom powder and mix well.
  4. At last, sprinkle clarified ghee to it and make laddoos.........
