Hummus

Ingredients to make Hummus

  • Boiled white chickpeas 1 1/2 cup
  • garlic Clove 2
  • Lemin juice 3 tablespoon
  • water 3 tablespoon
  • olive oil 2 tablespoon
  • salt (as needed)
  • chilli powder (as needed)
  • Thahini sauce 4 tablespoon
  • Ingredients neede for thahini sauce:
  • Sesame seed white 1/2 cup
  • olive oil 1 tablespoon

How to make Hummus

  1. Dry roast white sesame seeds till nice golden brown and grind it...
  2. Add olive oil to it and grind it again to make a tahini sauce..
  3. Blend the garlic clove in mixie .
  4. To this add boiled chickpeas, salt, lemon juice, chilli powder and tahini sauce and grind finely.
  5. Finally add water and pulse it..
  6. Transfer this to a bowl make a well in center pour little olive oil in the center and sprinkle some chilly powder on top and serve with hubus or chappati...
