  1. INGREDIENTS FOR ARBI(COLOCASIA) KOFTA...
  2. BOIL ARBI AND MASH WELL.ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE, CURRY POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE.
  3. ADD CORNFLOUR, MIXED DRY FRUIT AND BREAD CRUMBS TO MASHED ARBI.
