  • 2 Teaspoon of Musted seed powder
  • 2 teaspoon of sesmi seed powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of fenugreek powder
  • 2-3 Teaspoon of chilly powder
  • 3 Tablespoons of gingerly oil
  • 1 lemon juice

  1. 200 GRAMS OF BUTTON MUSHROOM, MUSTARD SEED POWDER 2 TEASPOON, WHITE SESMI SEED POWDER 2 TEASPOON, RED CHILLI POWDER 3 TEASPOON, SALT TO TASTE, FENUGREEK POWDER 1 TEASPOON, GINGERLY OIL 3 TABLESPOON
  2. TAKE A WASHED BUTTON MUSHROOM AND WIPE IT
  3. CUT THE MUSHROOM IN 4 PIECES
  4. TRANSFER THE BOWL
  5. HEAT A GINGERLY OIL AND ADD A MUSHROOM
  6. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ONLY AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  7. ADD MUSTED SEED POWDER, FENUGREEK POWDER
  8. ADD WHITE SESMI SEED POWDER AND RED CHILLI POWDER
