Kale Salad

Ingredients to make Kale Salad

  • 1 big bowl Kale leaves / Spinach leaves with no stems
  • 1 tsp truffle Oil or Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Flaxseed Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberies or raisins
  • 1/2 cup Pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds or any other seeds
  • 1 Lemon

How to make Kale Salad

  1. Tear the kale leaves off the stem and add to bowl
  2. Add the truffle oil and mix. Add the flax oil and mix
  3. Squeeze the lemon and mix
  4. Add the cranberries, pinenuts and seeds. Toss well.
  5. Serve immediately.

My Tip:

The secret is to mix 2 different flavored oils to the salad and mixing well!
