Orange Squash

Ingredients to make Orange Squash

  • Juice of 2 kg oranges
  • 400 gm sugar
  • 1/2 litre water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pottasium metabisulfite

How to make Orange Squash

  1. HEAT 1/2 LITRE WATER ADD 400 GM SUGAR
  2. WHEN THE SUGAR MELTS, OFF THE HEAT & LET IT COOL
  3. ADD JUICE OF 2 KG ORANGES AND 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  4. MIX 1/4 TSP POTASSIUM METABISULFITE WITH 1/4 CUP OF SQUASH. ADD IT TO THE REMAINING SQUASH AND MIX WELL
  5. WHENEVER YOU WANT TO DRINK- TAKE 1/4 GLASS OF SQUASH, ADD 3/4 CUP OF WATER TO IT & MIX WELL.
