  • 2 Teaspoon of Musted seed powder
  • 2 teaspoon of sesmi seed powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of fenugreek powder
  • 2-3 Teaspoon of chilly powder
  • 3 Tablespoons of gingerly oil
  • 1 lemon juice

How to make Instant Mushroom Pickle

  1. TAKE 200 WASHED BUTTON MUSHROOMS, WIPE THEM DRY
  2. CUT INTO 4 PIECES
  3. HEAT 3 TBSP SESAME OIL, ADD THE MUSHROOMS, COOK FOR 2 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
  4. ADD 2 TSP MUSTARD SEED POWDER, 1 TSP FENUGREEK SEED POWDER
  5. ADD 2 TSP SESAME SEED POWDER, 2-3 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  7. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE, MIX
  8. COOL & STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT JAR
