Misti kumrar Misti/ Pumpkin Sweet

Ingredients to make Misti kumrar Misti/ Pumpkin Sweet

  • pumpkin pieces
  • 1/2 cup coconut paste
  • 2-3 tablespoon of all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/3 tablespoon of cardamom powder

How to make Misti kumrar Misti/ Pumpkin Sweet

  1. Misti kumrar Jamun
  2. Boil pumpkin big pieces in a cooker with little water
  3. Smash them and add coconut paste, baking powder and all purpose flour.
  4. Mix well so that no lumps remains
  5. Take a tablespoon of thick batter and deep fry them in oil
  6. Fry till golden red in colour
  7. Make sugar syrup in another pan
  8. Soak the flitters in sugar syrup for 5 minutes
  9. Take them out from the syrup after few minutes or else they may break
  10. Serve and relish

My Tip:

Take out the boiled pumpkin from water immediately after its done or else it may soak excess water
