Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Millet-1 cup
  2. urad dhal-4table spoon.
  3. banana-4(small)
  4. sugar - 1and half cup.
  5. ghee

Instructions

  1. soak millet and urad dhal for 3-4 hours
  2. then grind the soaked millet and urad dhal to fine.
  3. now add sugar and banana and mix well.
  4. consistancy must be like the dosa batter.
  5. now take the pan put ghee and pour in the pan one by one.
  6. once it s cooked turn it to next side cookwell. once cooked take it out.
