Ingredients to make Fish fingers

  • Salmon fish 1/2 kg (sliced finger size)
  • Basan 1/2 cup
  • Oats 1/4 cup
  • semolina 1/4 cup
  • chilli powder 2 tsp
  • oil to fry
  • salt as per taste

How to make Fish fingers

  1. ADD SALT AND CHILLI POWDER IN SALMON FISH
  2. MARINATE FOR 3 HOURS.AND CUT INTO FINGERS
  3. BEAT EGG AND KEEP ASIDE
  4. NEXT TAKE OATS, SEMOLINA, AND BASAN MIXED WITH WATER
  5. ADD THE FINGERS FIRST IN BASAN THEN IN EGG. FINALLY COAT SEMOLINA ,OATS
  6. FRY IN OIL
  7. OUR CRISPY FISH FINGER IS READY TO SERVE.
