Noodle Frankie

Ingredients to make Noodle Frankie

  • FOR THE NOODLE FILLING
  • garlic pods 4 peeled crushed
  • Spring oinion whites 2 tbsp
  • carrot juliened 2 tbsp
  • Bell peppers all 3 - 2 tbsp
  • Purple cabbage 2 tbsp
  • Schezwan chutney 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • FOR FRANKY
  • 3 LEFT OVER CHAPATIS(U CAN USE FRESH TOO)
  • Schezwan chutney 1 tsp for each chapati
  • tomato sauce 1 tsp for each chapati

How to make Noodle Frankie

  1. HEAT 3 TBSP OIL, ADD 4 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES
  2. ADD 2 TBSP SLICED SPRING ONIONS
  3. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED CARROTS
  5. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF SLICED TRI COLOURED BELL PEPPERS
  6. ADD 2 TBSP SLICED PURPLE CABBAGE
  7. ADD 2 TBSP SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY
  8. ADD 1 TSP SOY SAUCE
  9. ADD 1 CUP BOILED NOODLES
  10. ADD 2 TBSP SLICED GREEN ONIONS
  11. GREASE A HOT TAVA WITH GHEE, PLACE A ROTI
  12. GRILL ON BOTH SIDES, TAKE OFF HEAT
  13. APPLY 1 TSP SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY ON TOP
  14. ADD 1 TSP TOMATO SAUCE
  15. PLACE THE NOODLE MIX, SPRINKLE A PINCH OF CHAAT MASALA ON TOP
  16. FOLD THE ROTI LIKE THIS
  17. FRANKIE IS READY
