  1. BOIL THE WATER, ADD WASHED MOONG DAL
  2. ALLOW IT TO COOK SMOOTHLY IN LOW FLAME
  3. AFTER COOK ADD CARDAMOM POWDER
  4. A PINCH OF SALT, JAGGERY
  5. AFTER COMPLETE DISSOLVING JAGGERY, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE EITHER IN HOT OR WARM
