Ingredients to make shakarkandi ka paratha

  • for dough- 2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • for stuffing - boiled sweet potato 3 large
  • salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp .
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • fine chop green chili 1 tbsp
  • fine chop onion 2 tbsp
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • chat masala powder 1 tbsp
  • garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • roasted chana powder 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying

How to make shakarkandi ka paratha

  1. Mix wheat flour, semolina, salt and oil knead the soft dough cover and keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan add cumin pop them, saute the onion green chili add salt, red chili powder, chat masala powder and garam masala powder, mix it well and cook on high flame till the moisture evaporates .
  3. Switch off the gas, mix roasted chana powder cool the mixture.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portion, stuff the mixture and roll them into round.
  5. Heat tava and shallow fry the paratha until golden both side by apply the oil or butter. Serve hot with curd, sabji or pickle .

adjust the spices as per your taste.
