Ingredients to make Chole pindiwala

  • kabuli chana 1 cup
  • 1 teaspoon tea powder
  • salt as par tast
  • Soda 1/2teaspoon
  • For gravy
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onion
  • garlic clove5_6
  • Green chilli3 no
  • coriander 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoons twd chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoo chole masala
  • 1 /2teaspoon amchur powder
  • 1/2teaspoon daniya powder
  • salt to tast
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • Cumin seed1/2teas3

How to make Chole pindiwala

  1. SOAK KABULI CHANA FOR 7 TO8 HOURS
  2. WASHED FOR 2 TIMES ADD SALT TO TAST AND SODA 1/2TEASPOON
  3. TAKE A SOFT COTTON COLTH ADD 1 TEASPOON TEA POWDER MAKE A POTLI ADD IN KABULI CHANA
  4. ADD IN PRESSURE COOKER AND COOK 2 WHISTEL.
  5. TAKE ALL SPECIES TO GETHER
  6. BOIL TOMATO TILL SOFTENS.
  7. ADD IN MIXI JAR AND GRIND TO MAKE APURI
  8. SEIVE PURI
  9. SEIVED PURI IS READY FOR GRAVY
  10. IN MIXI JAR TAKE 1 CHOOPED ONION 5_6GARLIC CLOVE 2GREEN CHILLI AND CORIANDER
  11. GRIND TO MAKE A FINE PAST
  12. IN KADAI HEAT 2 TABLE SPOON OIL
  13. ADD 1 TEASPOON MUSTARD SEED
  14. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  15. ADD PINCH OF ASAFOEDITA
  16. ADD FINE PASTE OF ONION
  17. REMOVE TEAPOWDER POTLI FROM BOLIED CHANA
  18. ADD 1TEASPOON KAUSTURI METHI 1TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
  19. 1/2TEA SPOON AMCHUR POWDER 1 TEA SPOON DANIYA POWDER 1 TEASPOON CHOLE MASALA
  20. 1/2TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER.1 TEA SPOONCUMIN SEED SALT TO TASTMIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR 2_3MIN
  21. ADD SEIVED PURI IN IT
  22. LASTLY ADD BOILED CHANA .MIX WELL.
  23. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
