Lotus stem n patatoes in gravy.

Ingredients to make Lotus stem n patatoes in gravy.

  • 250 gm lotus stem.
  • 4 potatoes.
  • 2 onion.
  • 2 tomatoes.
  • 1tbs gng paste.
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp fennel powder.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/4tsp kali mirch.

How to make Lotus stem n patatoes in gravy.

  1. Scrape lotus stem.
  2. Wash n cut in diamond shape.
  3. Cut potato cubes.
  4. Heat oil in a cooker.
  5. Add cumin seeds.
  6. Add chopp onion
  7. Put gng paste n cook it.
  8. Add fresh tomato pury
  9. Add salt n all masalas.
  10. Cook till oil seprates.
  11. Add chopp vegies.
  12. Mix in masala.
  13. Stir well.
  14. Add 2 cup water.
  15. Cook till 2 whistle.
  16. Garnish with coriander..

My Tip:

U can boil the lotus stem.
