Cauliflower gravy

Ingredients to make Cauliflower gravy

  • cauliflower
  • turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • salt
  • oil : 2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste :   1 tsp
  • fennel seeds : ½ tsp
  • cinnamon : 1
  • cloves : 2
  • onion : 1
  • tomato : 1
  • chilli Powder : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala : ½ tsp
  • Grated coconut : 4 tsp
  • coriander leaves

How to make Cauliflower gravy

  1. Boil water and add turmeric powder and cook the cauliflower for 5 min and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves, onion and saute for 1 min
  3. Add tomato and saute it Add salt, garam masala, chilli powder, sat, ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 min
  4. Add chopped cauliflower and required water and cook for 2 min
  5. Add coconut paste and cook for 2 min. Add coriander leaves
