Gobi Manchurian

Ingredients to make Gobi Manchurian

  • cauliflower
  • onion 1
  • turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala ½ tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce ½ tsp
  • oil
  • salt
  • Green chilli 2
  • coriander leaves

How to make Gobi Manchurian

  1. Cook the Cauliflower with required water, turmeric powder for 5 min and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, add  garam masala, chilli powder, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, soya sause, salt and cooked cauliflower.
  3. Marinate the above mixture for 10 mins. In a bowl add 1 tsp corn flour and 1/2 cup water and keep aside.
  4. In a pan heat oil and fry the cauliflower about 2-3 mins and keep aside.
  5. Heat 2 tsp oil in another pan and saute onion, green chillies for 2 mins
  6. Add ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, salt for 1 min.
  7. Add corn flour water ( we will get a semi solid mixture )
  8. Add fried cauliflower and mix well. Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves
