Ingredients to make milkmaid eggless cupcake

  • 1 small tin milkmaid
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 150 g butter
  • 2tsp vanilla
  • 1cup aerated soda
  • For frosting
  • 450 g icing sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • milk 2 tbsp
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

How to make milkmaid eggless cupcake

  1. in a bowl, soft together flour ,baking powder and baking soda
  2. cream butter and mix in milkmaid. Alternatively fold in flour and soda water and add vanilla essence
  3. spoon into the cupcake mould and bake at 180 deg oven for 20 mins
  4. for frosting
  5. best butter and icing sugar till creamy
  6. add vanilla and milk beat again
  7. food color and mix well and pipe it

My Tip:

1. First bake at 15 mins and see the cake is done or not , if not keep another 5 more mins and bake 2. Cool the cupcake completely and pipe the frosting
