Malai Chum Chum..

Ingredients to make Malai Chum Chum..

  • for chenna.. 4 cups cows milk,full cream
  • 2tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maida ( optional)
  • for sugar syrup: 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 pocs cardamom
  • for stffing: 1/2cup khoya
  • 2tbsp milkmaid
  • 1drop rose essence

How to make Malai Chum Chum..

  1. firstly prepare chenna by curdling milk .drain completly. and hang for 30 minutes.
  2. after 30 minutes starttk knead the paneer for 8 minutes. .additionally add 1,tbsp maida and combine well. .furthermore,make small oval balls of paneer.
  3. boil for 15 minutes in sugar syrup. .keep aside till.it cools completly.
  4. .take cooked paneer balls leaving behind the water.
  5. .Mix the khoya,milk maid.& Rose essence..
  6. Slit in between & stuff the khoya mixture.
  7. garnish with tutti frooti or cherries.
  8. serve chill
