Ingredients to make Aam chana pickle

  • 1 kg grated dried mango
  • 200g black gram
  • 100g achaar masala
  • turmeric powder 1 tblspn
  • red chilli powder 50g or according to taste
  • salt according to taste
  • asafoetida 1/4 spn
  • mustard oil 100g

How to make Aam chana pickle

  1. Take a big utensil. Put all spices, salt, achaar masala, mustard oil, gram, grated mango and mix well.
  2. Put some oil and salt in container and put the pickle in it.
  3. Keep for 2-3 days under the sun.
  4. After 1 week, it is ready to eat.
