Imli Ka Sharbat

Ingredients to make Imli Ka Sharbat

  • tamarind or imli 2 to 3 lemon size balls
  • sugar 1 to 2 tablespoon
  • Roasted jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt 4 teaspoon
  • Chopped green chilly 2 teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander 4 teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander 2 tea
  • Chopped coriand
  • Chopped coriander 2 teaspoon

How to make Imli Ka Sharbat

  1. WASH AND SOAK TAMARIND(IMLI) IN SUFFICIENT WATER FOR HALF AN HOUR
  2. SUGAR, CHOPPED CORIANDER AND GREEN CHILLY, BLACK SALT AND ROASTED JEERA POWDER
  3. MASH THE SOAKED TAMARIND AND STRAIN IT
  4. ADD SOME MORE WATER AND STRAIN IT AGAIN
  5. TAMARIND JUICE IS READY
  6. ADD SUGAR, CHOPPED CORIANDER, ROASTED JEERA POWDER AND BLACK SALT TO TASTE
  7. ADD GREEN CHILLY TOO
  8. MIX WELL TILL SUGAR DISSOLVED
  9. READY TO SERVE(IF YOU WANT U CAN STRAIN CORINADER AND GREEN CHILLY)
