Mixed Flour Dosa

Ingredients to make Mixed Flour Dosa

  • sooji rava 1 cup
  • Raw banana sun dried powder 1 cup
  • jeera I tea spoon
  • besan flour 1/4 cup
  • Ragi flour 1/4 cup
  • salt 3/4 tsp
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • water
  • Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 cup

How to make Mixed Flour Dosa

  1. INGREDIENTS, TAKE WATER
  2. ADD SOOJI RAVA, RAW BANANA DRIED FLOUR, BESAN FLOUR, RAGI FLOUR 1/4 CUP
  3. MIX WELL TO AVOID LUMPS
  4. ADD RICE FLOUR
  5. SALT AND CUMIN
  6. MAKE THICK BATTER, ADD GRATED COCONUT AND CHOPPED ONION
  7. HEAT TAVA, APPLY OIL
  8. POUR THE BATTER, COVER AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  9. OPEN THE LID, FLIP AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  10. REMOVE AND SERVE
