Ingredients to make Chhena jhilli

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp wheatflour
  • Half tsp baking powder
  • Few saffron strands
  • 1/4 tsp cardmom pwdr
  • sugar 2 cup
  • water 1 cup

How to make Chhena jhilli

  1. IN A MIXING BOWL ADD 1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE, 1 PINCH SALT,2 TBSP WHEATFLOUR, HALF TSP BAKING SODA,&1/4 TSP CARDMOM PWDR
  2. MASH IT ATLEAST 10 MINS,
  3. FOR SUGAR SYRUP IN A PAN ADD 2 CUP SUGAR ,1 CUP WATER,FEW SAFFRON, 2 CARDMOM
  4. STIR THE SUGAR SYRUP & MAKE HALF THREAD CONSISTENCY,
  5. MAKE SMALL PEDA FROM THE DOUGH,& FRIED IN HOT OIL IN MEDIUM FLAME,
  6. FRIED BOTH SIDE TILL CHANGE THE COLOUR,
  7. WHEN ALL JHILLI 'S ARE FRIED PUT IN TO SUGAR SYRUP,
