Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 big mangoes
  2. 1/2 cup Chhena
  3. 1 tbsp sugar pwdr
  4. 1/4 tsp cardamom pwdr
  5. Chopped pistachios for garnishing
  6. Chhena 500 ml milk & 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. To make Chhena. Boil 500 ml milk & add 1 tbsp vinegar. Milk starts curdling. Cook for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture & keep it strainer for 10 mins till all water drips. Chhena is ready.
  2. Add sugar & cardamom to chhena & keep aside.
  3. Peel the mango skin. Cut long thin slices. If slices are thick then while rolling they will break.
  4. Leaving some space from corner place little chhena mix. Roll the mango slice & seal the end using toothpick. Keep for sometime or refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  5. Gently remove the toothpick & place the roll in serving plate. Sprinkle some chopped pista or rose petal & serve
