Ingredients to make Pista badam kulfi

  • Milk 2 cups
  • sugar 1/3 cup
  • Milk powder 1/4 cup
  • Fresh cream /malai 1/4 cup
  • almonds 7-8
  • pistachio 8-10

How to make Pista badam kulfi

  1. HEAT 2 CUPS OF MILK.
  2. GIVE A BOIL AND THEN SIMMER UNTIL REDUCED TO 1/3RD.( APPROX. 20 MIN.)
  3. KEEP STIRRING IN BETWEEN.
  4. WHEN REDUCED ADD 1/3 CUP OF SUGAR AND 1/4 CUP OF MILK POWDER. COOK FOR ANOTHER 2-3 MINUTES.
  5. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND MIX 1/4 CUP OF FRESH CREAM/MALAI IN IT.
  6. MIX IN BLANCHED AND CHOPPED ALMONDS AND PISTACHIO.
  7. FILL IN ICE-CREAM MOULDS.
  8. FREEZE FOR 6-8 HOURS.
  9. PISTA BADAM KULFI IS READY.
