Ingredients to make Crispy honey chilli veggies

  • One cup cauliflower
  • One cup carrot sliced long
  • One cup mushrooms
  • Half cup french beans
  • Half cup green capsicum
  • Half cup or slightly more maida or all-purpose flour
  • Water to make paste of maida
  • Half tsp chopped garlic
  • Half tsp grated ginger
  • For Sauce
  • 2 tsp green chili sauce
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 6 tsp honey or as per taste
  • Salt per taste
  • Half tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

How to make Crispy honey chilli veggies

  1. First cut the vegetables then for 2 min keep them in warm water separately.
  2. Then take maida, add water to make thick paste .
  3. To it add vegetables like first cauliflower, then carrots, beans, capsicum, lastly mushrooms.
  4. Heat oil add vegetables and fry each for 3-4 min in small batches but mushrooms at last coz they leave water.
  5. Then in open big pan heat 2 -3 tbsp oil Add chopped garlic-ginger. Add sesame seeds then at high flame add vegetables all and keep on stirring.
  6. Then reduce flame add sauces, honey,salt, pepper
  7. Ready. You can make them in batches too.
  8. Adjust sauces as per your taste
