About Idli Recipe

Very quick and easy snack for kids, which is very healthy as well.

Idli

Ingredients to make Idli

  • sooji 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 3/4 tsp fruit salt
  • fenugreek seeds powder 1/4 tsp
  • water as required
  • oil as required

How to make Idli

  1. Combine all above ingredients and mix well.except the fruit salt
  2. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Just before steaming ADD the fruit salt and mix well.
  4. Greased the idli mould and stem in a steamer.
  5. Serve with sambhar.

My Tip:

Serve with chutney
