Ingredients to make Jamoncillo De Leche

  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 400 ml condensed milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp soft butter
  • 1/4 cup blanched almonds (optional)

How to make Jamoncillo De Leche

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. GREASE SQUARE PAN, LINE UP WITH BUTTER PAPER
  3. IN A SAUCEPAN, ADD EVAPORATED MILK AND CONDENSED MILK
  4. ADD BUTTER, CINNAMON AND VANILLA EXTRACT. MIX WELL
  5. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 30 MINUTES STIRRING CONSTANTLY
  6. ONCE IT STARTS THICKENING, ADD CHOPPED ALMONDS
  7. ONCE THE MIXTURE LEAVES SIDES COMPLETELY, SWITCH OFF
  8. POUR IN SQUARE PAN
  9. REFIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS
  10. CUT IN DESIRED SHAPE
  11. SERVE
