Ingredients to make Rajagara chevada

  • Rajagara flour 1 cup
  • Rock salt or sendha namak
  • red chilli powder 2 spoon
  • water as required
  • oil for deep fry
  • Penuts 1 cup
  • Powder sugar 2 spoon

How to make Rajagara chevada

  1. Take rajagara flour and pass it from strainer
  2. Add 1 spoon chilli powader and rock salt
  3. Add water and knead soft dough
  4. Heat oil in kadai
  5. Transfar dough ni sev sancha and make sev
  6. Make sev and fry untill become brown
  7. Fry penuts
  8. Take penuts and sev in bowl
  9. Add powder sugar
  10. Add rock salt and 1 spoon chilli powder for penuts
  11. Mix well and garnish with cashew and black rinsin

My Tip:

You can add Sugar as par your taste. You can also add garam masala.
