Chenna murki

Ingredients to make Chenna murki

  • paneer 250 gm
  • sugar 150 gm or less as per taste or one cup
  • water 75-80 ml or half cup
  • For flavour one tsp elachi powder or kewda essence or rose water
  • Milk 1 tbsp

How to make Chenna murki

  1. First cut paneer into small cubes.
  2. Take a pan put sugar and water together. Start stirring it constantly. Don't leave it on its own.
  3. In whole process keep on stirring constantly, but with a light hand.
  4. When sugar dissolves add elachi powder or any flavor of choice.
  5. Then next milk, keep flame medium.
  6. Then immediately add paneer keep on stirring constantly.
  7. After 10-12 min it will start getting together. Immediately put the flame low and as you see it's getting in powdered form switch off gas n transfer to plate .let it cool and enjoy
