Aloo ki Sabji

Ingredients to make Aloo ki Sabji

  • 4 Boil aloo
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Half tsp rai
  • Half tsp jeera
  • Half tsp ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 onion medium sized finely chopped
  • 4 tomatoes medium sized grinded
  • 1 Green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • Half tsp haldi
  • Half tsp Red chilli powder
  • Half tsp Dhaniya Powder
  • 2 tsp finely chopped corainder
  • 4 to 5 kadipatta leaves

How to make Aloo ki Sabji

  1. Take pan add oil ,when heat add rai and jeera .
  2. When start crackling add ginger garlic paste. .
  3. When turn brown add kadipatta leaves mix nicely..
  4. Now add onions when colour changes add tomatoes grinded with green chilli add all sukha masala mix nicely when oil leaves from sides add aloo and mix properly...
  5. Now cover the pan and cook for 10 min on sim gas..
  6. After 10 min off gas. Sprinkle coriander and remove in bowl and serve with roti or parathas..

My Tip:

Don't cook sabji on high gas because mostly vegetables are raw..
