Schezwan sticks

Ingredients to make Schezwan sticks

  • Mixed vegetables ( carrot,cabbage,spring onion,capsicum) finely chopped 1cup
  • ginger garlic paste. 1tsp
  • Soya sauce. 1tbsp
  • salt. As per taste
  • Ajinomoto (optional) 1/4tsp
  • cornflour 6tbsp
  • Schezwan sauce 3tsp
  • Red food colour (optional) pinch
  • Bread crumbs 1/4cup

How to make Schezwan sticks

  1. Mix all ingredients in to a soft dough.
  2. If required add1-2tbsp cornflour.
  3. Divide the dough into 25equal portions.
  4. Roll each portion into small finger size sticks.
  5. Deep fry till crispy.
  6. Serve with chilly sauce and garnish with spring onions.

My Tip:

You can airfry it too. Also u can shape it like a ball to put in schezwan gravy to go with fried rice.
