  • 1 bowl of left over rice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  • Butter or ghee/oil to shallow fry

How to make From left over rice dosa banana pancake

  1. Add 3 bowls of water in left over rice and grind it in the grinder. Add 1 spoon of butter as well while grinding it.
  2. Then add a little salt and make the dosa on a flat tawa like rava dosa with oil, butter or ghee. Make on one side only.
  3. Garnish with banana pieces and chocolate sauce to enjoy!
My Tip: The tawa should be medium hot while pouring the batter. Note to pour the batter from outside to inside on the tawa.
