Curd Guntapongalalu

Ingredients to make Curd Guntapongalalu

  • curd 2 cups
  • oil 2 tsp
  • chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • Soumph powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • curry leaves 2 sprigs
  • Red chillies 2
  • jeera and spices 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • urad dal 1/2 tsp
  • Grated ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Cut onions 1

How to make Curd Guntapongalalu

  1. Firstly Guntapongalalu maker should be ready then a bowl with curd add salt chilli powder, jeera powder and sompu powdee
  2. Cut green chilli, and add curry leaves then mix the already kept ready guntapongalalu and place it on the stove, switch it on.
  3. Add oil, red chilli's, jeera and spices,urad dal, asoephatida, haldi powder and then add the cut onions, grated ginger then mix and add curd and approx 1/4cup water. Stir and mix well and let it stir for 2-3minutes! Have it hot and ready to serve! Enjoy!

My Tip:

Serve hot and enjoy with some cold juice!
