About Kuttu Paneer Wrap Recipe

Its a fasting recipe that is healthy and delicious both With a goodness of paneer and kuttu /buckwheat flour.

Kuttu Paneer Wrap

Ingredients to make Kuttu Paneer Wrap

  • Kuttu ka aata 1 cup
  • Grated Boiled carrots 1/4th cup
  • paneer 200gm
  • Chopped ginger 1tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2cup
  • Chopped dhaniya leaves 1tbsp
  • Roasted jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper powder -1/4 tsp
  • sendha namak
  • Chopped green chillies 2
  • oil
  • water
  • cucumber dices few (optional)

How to make Kuttu Paneer Wrap

  1. For Wrap - Take one cup kuttu Flour / Buckwheat flour ,add water and make a thick batter same as we prepare for besan chilla.
  2. Add grated boiled carrots, roasted jeera powder, pepper powder ,Sendha namak.
  3. Make kuttu pancakes out of this batter on a greased non stick tava by grilling it on both sides.
  4. For Filling - Take Oil in a pan, add chopped chillies, ginger ,chopped tomatoes. Saute for few minute.
  5. Add mashed paneer, Sendha namak, roasted jeera powder , pepper powder and cook till its dry. Add chopped coriander.
  6. Assembling - Take Kuttu pancakes, apply some green coriander chutney, add paneer filling over it. Add some cucumber dices and fold ( as shown in pic) or make a roll of it. Serve it with your choice of chutney or raita.

My Tip:

Don't make very thin pancakes from kuttu flour batter otherwise it will break while turning.
