Its a very eassy receipe.

Dry chiken

Ingredients to make Dry chiken

  • Chiken - 250grams
  • salt- As per taste
  • ginger/garlic paste - 2tablespoon
  • Garam masala powder - 1tablepsoon
  • Red chillie powder - 1tablespoon
  • oil - 2tablespoon
  • tomato - 1/2chopped
  • water - 3/4cup

How to make Dry chiken

  1. In a pan add oil than add onion and tomato saute it well.
  2. Add chiken and all the other ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add water and cook it untill the water evaporates.
  5. And ready to serve.
