Soya Chilly

Ingredients to make Soya Chilly

  • Soya chunks 250 gms
  • oil for frying
  • Dhaniya powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • chilly powder 1tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • chilly chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • tomato Sauce
  • Big onion 2

How to make Soya Chilly

  1. Boil the soya chunks until they become soft.
  2. Squeeze the water completely from soya chunks.
  3. Add all the powders with ginger garlic paste in soya and soak it for 45 minutes.
  4. Deep fry the soya chunks, drain the excess oil.
  5. Take plenty of tomato sauce in a pan, add chilly powder and add finely chopped onions together.
  6. Add the fried soya chunks in a prepared sauce mix well and serve it.

My Tip:

Add coriander leaves for better flavour.
