  • 1 cup tofu grated
  • 1 cup boiled potato (smashed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp daniya powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 3 tsp besin
  • oil as need
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

How to make Shanghai tofu roll

  1. Take a bowl put panner,potato, coriander and all the spices.. Add besil for binding
  2. Take a role sheet cover it Cut slices ...on each role Deep Fri these Shanghai roles Until gold colour Take to the plate Serve as tomato ketchup is good combination
