About Kathiyawadi chay masala Recipe

You can use this masala in chay as well as masala Milk(in Gujarati we can say "UKADO")

Kathiyawadi chay masala

Ingredients to make Kathiyawadi chay masala

  • 10 to 15 cardamom
  • 3 spoon black papper
  • 2 spoon small pieces of dry ginger
  • 1 spoon cloves
  • 1 spoon pieces of cinemon
  • 1/2 nutmeg

How to make Kathiyawadi chay masala

  1. Take all ingredients in mixture jar
  2. Crush all ingredients

My Tip:

You can store this masala in refrigerator for 6 months. Its for 15 to 20 cups chay but you can add more or less.
