Japanese fried icecream

Ingredients to make Japanese fried icecream

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup purpose flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • oil [as required]

How to make Japanese fried icecream

  1. Heat ample amount of oil in a kadhai.
  2. Mean while mix purpose flour , pinch salt, and water to make a smooth batter of pakoda batter consistency.
  3. Now dip the ice cream scoops in the batter and coat with the bread crumbs.
  4. Now leave the coated balls in the hot oil and deep fry . Serve them immediately.

Can make any flavour of ice cream
