This is a delicious side dish , made with prawns to be served with roti.

Prawns Hariyali

Ingredients to make Prawns Hariyali

  • small prawns 2 cup
  • coriander Leaves 1 cup
  • coconut cut in pieces 1/2 cup
  • gingers 1 inch
  • garlic 8-10 nos
  • chilli 1 nos
  • Amba haldar 1 inch
  • Lili haldar 1 inch
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam mashala powder 1/2 tsp
  • dhania jeera powder 1 tsp
  • lemon 1/2
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1 tbs

How to make Prawns Hariyali

  1. Clean and wash the prawns
  2. take coconut coriander ginger garlic chilli amba Haldar and lili haldar
  3. make a paste
  4. take bowl add prawns and green masala
  5. take all dry masala
  6. and mix it
  7. mix properly
  8. rest 5 minuets
  9. take pan add oil
  10. when heat oil add prawns mixture
  11. mix properly and cover with lid and cooked slow flame
  12. cooked till prawns and masala are well cooked
  13. serve with roti

My Tip:

You can use coconut optional
