Ingredients to make Biscoito de polvilho

  • Refind flour 200gm
  • butter 100 gm
  • powder sugar 1 cup
  • saffron milk 4 tbsp
  • baking soda 1 pinch
  • Baking powder 1 pinch
  • Caremel sugar 1 tbsp
  • pistachio chopped 7-8

How to make Biscoito de polvilho

  1. In a bowl sieve refind flour ,baking soda&powder
  2. Add butter &mix properly with hands .So it will be crunch more
  3. Add powdered sugar ,& saffron milk.mix it good try to do like kneading process
  4. Don't make dough.
  5. Grease baking tray
  6. Pre heat oven or otg for 10 minutes in 180°c
  7. Flatter the mixture with palm .Spread it over on baking tray
  8. Put few drop of carmelise &pistachio
  9. Cut the side edges
  10. Shape it round .
  11. Bake 200℃ for 20 minutes
  12. Check it .If done then store in airtight container

My Tip:

Bake more if you want more crisp
