Ingredients to make Vandayam sadam with eallu chutney

  • rice 1 tumbler
  • red chilly 2
  • Gingerly oil 2 spoons
  • onion.1 no
  • ginger small piece
  • garlic 5 no
  • Vandayam 1 1/2 spoon
  • coconut 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • water 2 cups

How to make Vandayam sadam with eallu chutney

  1. All ingredients
  2. Heat oil in the cooker Saute onions till golden
  3. Add gingergarlic paste
  4. Add red chilly
  5. Vandayam seeds saute it turns brown in colour
  6. Coconut stir it
  7. Soaked rice and stir it
  8. Water to it
  9. Add salt to taste Let it to 1 or 2 whistle Ready to serve
  10. Ready to serve with eallu chutney
