Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. oil 2 tablespoon
  2. salt 3/4 tablespoon
  3. jeera/cumin 1 teaspoon
  4. coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  5. degi mirch 1 teaspoon
  6. red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  8. garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  9. medium sized chopped potato 2
  10. green coriander chopped 1 tablespoon
  11. raita boondi 1 bowl
  12. medium sized chopped onions 2
  13. medium sized 4 tomatoes gravy
  14. water 1.5 glass

Instructions

  1. Add 2 tablespoon oil to the cooker
  2. add chopped onions
  3. add degi mirch
  4. saute for 2-4 minutes
  5. add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree
  6. add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder
  7. close the lid for 2 whistles
  8. open and saute till the masala is done
  9. add chopped potato and water
  10. close the lid for 2 whistles
  11. open the lid and cook on 5 min simmer
  12. switch off the gas
  13. add garam masala and coriander
  14. add raita boondi
  15. stir well and serve hot
