Potato Sabudana Cutlets

Ingredients to make Potato Sabudana Cutlets

  • 4 boiled potato
  • 2 tsp samak ka aata
  • 2 tbsp soaked Sabudana
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Sendha namak / Rock salt as per taste
  • Dry fruits of choice - 1/2 cup (Cashewnuts, raisins etc)
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fraying
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Imli ki chutney for serving

How to make Potato Sabudana Cutlets

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except oil and make desired shape cutlets.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry.
  3. Fry till they turn golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve it hot with Imli chutney.

Fry on a medium flame.
