Gobhi matar

Ingredients to make Gobhi matar

  • 1 gobhi
  • 1 bowl peas
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 3_4 green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  • oil as used
  • Heeng a pinch

How to make Gobhi matar

  1. Cut Gobhi and wash peas.now add oil in kadai add heeng then add Gobhi matar.
  2. Fry it in high flame for 5 mn.now cover it in simmer gas.
  3. Now add all spices green chilli and Ginger kasuri methi.
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes mix well ready to eat spicy Gobhi matar.

My Tip:

You can make alloo gobhi and matar also.
