Hi i made a healthy innovation in lasagna. Here i made lasagna sheets with oats and whote wheat flour.

Ingredients to make Whole wheat & oats chicken lasagna

  • 1 cup oats flour
  • 1cup whole wheat flour
  • 2tsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chicken minced
  • 2cup tomatoe puree
  • 1tdp ginger garlic paste.
  • 2tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1cup gratted paneer or cottage cheese
  • 1onion chopped
  • 3 cubes processed cheese
  • 3tsp tomatoe sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2tsp mayonaise

How to make Whole wheat & oats chicken lasagna

  1. Make a dough with oats and whole wheat flour water eggs and oil ans salt
  2. now make some pasta sheets of it and boil al-dante.
  3. after that put these sheets in cold water to stop cooking process
  4. in a wok, heat oil and saute onions and ginger garlic paste.
  5. add chicken and cook until moist
  6. Now add tomatoes puree and cook. Add salt and pepper, italian seasoning.
  7. Heat oil in another pan, add gratted cottage cheese and a teaspoon of mayonaise and processed cheese. And turn off the flame when cheese melt.
  8. grease a baking tray, and spread some oats pasta sheets.

  10. Now layer this with chicken and tomatoes mix and spread over pasta sheets.
  11. repeat until you get the required thickness
  12. at last spread some tomatoes sauce and mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese and processed cheese batter to it. And bake for about 15mins.
